The Director of Communications for the Bawumia Campaign Team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, has described his candidate as a leader free of corruption.
He noted that Dr. Bawumia has remained untainted by corruption throughout his political career, despite facing public scrutiny over his work.
Aboagye believes that with Dr. Bawumia at the helm, the nation will effectively confront and eradicate bribery and corruption, safeguarding the country's wealth.
He further described Dr. Bawumia as a selfless individual who prioritizes the welfare of the people over personal gain.
"He [Dr. Bawumia] is a compassionate and unique politician, untarnished by corruption. His integrity has remained intact since his political inception, with no corruption allegations against him.
"He is a selfless and technical person who ensures the right things are done. He works diligently to ensure that the nation is in a good state,” he said while speaking in an interview with Okay FM and monitored by GhanaWeb.
Dr. Bawumia is set to compete against John Dramani Mahama, the Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), as well as other candidates, as he pursues the presidency.
The general elections are scheduled for December 7, 2024.
